This project all started with a casual conversation during a nail appointment. My nail tech, Jessica (lycheesthetics), mentioned she was looking for a business card and asked if I could design one for her. What started as a simple request quickly turned into a small branding project, and I couldn't have been more excited.

I wanted to create a mascot that captured Jessica's vibrant personality and give her brand the same fun, welcoming aesthetic she brings to every appointment. From there, I also had the opportunity to design a logo for her studio!

I started with a simple mascot. I jumped right into developing a lychee. From there, I added a bunny as I noticed Jessica had a lot of cute figurines/characters around her studio.

Here are some logo variants I experimented with to show my client! I wanted to replicate her vision as closely as possible while keeping her brand identity from the business cards I had made for her (featuring the bunny mascot).
